We will be running our spring booster vaccination campaign from Warnford Village Hall on Wednesday 24th April, Saturday 27th May and Wednesday 8th April.
The criteria for eligibility is much stricter for this campaign and in order to have a vaccination, you must fall into one of the following groups –
- 75 years of age or older
- Have blood cancer (i.e. leukaemia or lymphoma)
- Lowered immunity due to treatment (such as steroid medication, biological therapy, chemotherapy or radiotherapy)
- Lowered immunity due to inherited disorders of the immune system
- Has had an organ or bone marrow transplant
- Have a disease that affects the immune system such as poorly controlled HIV
- Other diseases or treatments as advised by a specialist
If you’re eligible, you will be contacted by the surgery and advised to book in.
