The surgery has a Patient Participation Group (PPG). This is to provide a voice for patients on local health related matters. It will be a forum for patients to raise items of interest or concerns to us so we can improve our services.
The group will consist of patients who are registered at West Meon Surgery across all age groups, backgrounds and health conditions who come together to canvas our patients on ways we can try to improve our services. We will ask members of the PPG some questions from time to time such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
If you feel that you wish to contribute to the health service of the local community and would like to join the PPG then please complete the on-line form or collect a form from reception.
