Complaints and compliments

We take complaints very seriously. Our aim is to give you the best possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly and thoroughly with any problems that may occur. We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. If you would like to make a comment or complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please ask at reception for our “Tell Us” leaflet.

We also have a leaflet that you can collect which explains who you can complain to if you don’t want to complain directly to us.   Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board has commissioned a service from NHS Frimley ICB to support those patients who wish to raise concerns but are not happy to raise these with the Practice.  Their details are:
