At West Meon Surgery, we are keen to keep patients involved with and informed about the surgery and services offered. In order to reach the most patients virtually, we have produced a newsletter for patients and will up date this quarterly.
The surgery has a virtual Patient Participation Group (PPG). This is to provide a voice for patients on local health related matters. It will be a forum for patients to raise items of interest or concerns to us so we can improve our services.
Our virtual PPG is open to all patients who are registered at West Meon Surgery across all age groups, backgrounds and health conditions who come together to canvas our patients on ways we can try to improve our services. We will ask patients some questions from time to time such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
