No Smoking Day is an annual health awareness day in the United Kingdom which is intended to help smokers who want to quit smoking.
This year No Smoking Day is on the 9th March 2022 and the theme is:
“Don’t give up on giving up. Every time you try to stop smoking, you’re a step closer to success.”
